Spiced Apple Fizz: Cozy Autumn Vibes in a Glass

Fall flavors are in full swing with this autumn-inspired Spiced Apple Fizz!

This cocktail combines the smooth, clean profile of Tower Vodka with Berneroy Fin Calvados—a French apple brandy that brings rich, orchard-fresh depth with a hint of pear.
We’re adding Angry Orchard Crisp Hard Apple Cider for a splash of fizzy, bright apple goodness and a hint of sweetness.
Then comes the star of the season: Trees Knees Cinnamon Maple syrup, adding a warm, spiced twist that pairs perfectly with lemon juice for balance.

Every sip is an inviting blend of smooth vodka, rich apple brandy, and cozy maple cinnamon, making it the perfect cocktail for fall gatherings or quiet nights by the fire.

Ingredients:

  • Your favorite vodka (we used Tower Vodka)
  • Apple or pear brandy (we used Berneroy Fin Calvados)
  • Hard apple cider (we used Angry Orchard Crisp Hard Apple Cider)
  • Cinnamon maple syrup (we used Trees Knees Cinnamon Maple)
  • Lemon juice (fresh squeezed, or do as we did and use Volcano Lemon Burst Juice)
  • Apple and/or cinnamon sticks (for garnish)

Spiced Apple Fizz

Mid-Sized Batch (4L) ~140 fl. oz. (23 x 6 fl. oz. fizz + ice and garnish)

  • 1 x 1L bottle of vodka
  • 1 x 375ml bottle of brandy
  • 6 x 12 fl. oz. apple cider cans/bottles
  • 2 x 11.5 oz. jars of cinnamon maple syrup
  • 2 x 6.7 fl. oz. bottles of lemon juice

Full Batch (9L) ~304 fl. oz. (50 x 6 fl. oz. fizz + ice and garnish)

  • 3 x 750ml bottles of vodka
  • 1 x 750ml bottle of brandy
  • 12 x 12 fl. oz. apple cider cans/bottles
  • 4 x 11.5 oz. jars of cinnamon maple syrup
  • 4 x 6.7 fl. oz. bottles of lemon juice

To make:

  • Pour the quantities into your clean keg. Stir gently with a clean spoon to mix well.
  • Place the lid on your keg, connect your CO₂ setting your regulator at 5 psi.
  • Purge out the oxygen in your keg by lifting the release ring for 2-3 seconds (letting the CO₂ push out the air). Repeat 2 more times.

Consuming right away? Connect your tap and serve into a glass with ice and garnish with a slice of orange and a sprig of thyme (or cinnamon stick as desired).
Preparing in advance? Increase the pressure to 15 psi while storing to ensure the carbonation stays in your spritz, leaving it connected while it's being chilled. Always drop the pressure to 5 psi or lower while serving, otherwise it could shoot out with a vengeance!

Craft this irresistibly cozy drink at home! 🍂🥂 Cheers!
