Share
Take your cocktail game to the next level with this sophisticated twist on the classic Paper Plane! We’re swapping out the traditional ingredients for an upscale blend featuring equal parts Vigo Amaro, Bank Street 5 Year Reserve Bourbon, Aperix Aperitivo, and lemon juice.
This variation offers a deeper, richer flavor profile, with layers of complexity from the premium bourbon and the aromatic amaro. Stunning, a great cocktail to have on tap - we just wish we'd found this combination years ago!

Ingredients:
- Your favorite bourbon (we used Bank Street 5 Year Reserve Bourbon)
- Your favorite sweeter Italian apéritif liqueur (we used Aperix, Aperol is more traditional)
- We used Vigo Amaro from Philadelphia Distilling instead of the traditional Amaro Nonino
- Lemon juice - fresh squeezed, or do as we did and use Volcano Lemon Burst Juice

Preparing in advance? Disconnect your CO₂ and relieve almost all the pressure in your keg. Store in a fridge or in your Keg Bag with ice until ready.
